Spring 2017 Walking Club Spring 2017 Walking Club

Our first walk will be on Wednesday, May 10th at 7:00PM. Please come in at this time to fill out your waiver and if you opt to participate in the weight loss challenge, your weigh in will take place then. We hope to start walking at 7:10PM.
A few more details:
  • We will be walking around 4-5km each week.
  • The walking club will run for 8 weeks.
  • Weight loss challenge: the participant that attends a minimum of 6 out of the 8 sessions and loses the greatest % of weight wins a gift card from our clinic to apply to any of our services or products.
  • You can bring friends/spouses/pets with you.
  • Please wear comfortable walking gear and weather appropriate clothing.
  • If the weather conditions are poor, we will contact you via email to let you know if the walking club is cancelled.
  • Please let us know if you are not attending so that we do not wait for you.
