Dr. Tom will be on vacation beginning Monday August 19th and returning Tuesday September 3rd.

During the week between Saturday August 17th until Tuesday September 3rd our reception hours will be limited. Scheduled appointments remain as usual. Please call ahead if you need to pick anything up.
