Mix together in a large bowl:

2 cups regular rolled oats
½ cup of chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts or a mix!)
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼  cup of chia seed
¼ cup of flax seed or hemp hearts

Mix together in a separate bowl:

½ cup of maple syrup or honey (we prefer maple syrup)
⅓ cup of oil (grape seed or avocado are best)

Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Add a ½ tsp of cinnamon or a cinnamon blend like a pumpkin pie spice.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 300° for 20 minutes, give a stir and bake for another 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and tun onto a long piece of aluminum foil to cool completely.

Store in an air tight container for 2 weeks at room temperature or put into freezer for longer storage.
