The Walking Club is Back for the Fall!
NEW Days: Monday and Thursday Nights from next week Monday, September 30th – 2013 at 7PM until Thursday, October 31st. You can come when you are available and great attendance is encouraged but there will be no prize this round, just the prize of getting active and feeling great.
NEW Route: Since the trail gets really dark at 7PM and since most of the time, it is only ladies who walk the trail, we were thinking of creating a new route of 5KM in well-lit areas
NEW Pace: 1 min walking and 1 minute light jogging > this is up for discussion and depends on what everyone feels most comfortable with.
We feel that this is a great challenge for everyone. Please contact the office if you are interested! If we have enough people interested, we would love to start this Monday at 7PM!
